Refund policy
We want you to be just as obsessed with your order as you were when you hit “Add to Cart.” But we also know that sometimes, things don’t go quite to plan.
We don’t offer refunds for change of mind (owning your unhinged choices is kind of the point). But if the size isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer:
- An exchange for a different size (if available), or
- Store credit
To be eligible:
- Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Return postage is covered by you (unless the item is faulty)
Faulty Items
If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us at support@wngspn.com.au with your order number and clear photos. We’ll sort it fast—either with a replacement, repair, or refund.
Digital Products
Due to their nature, digital products (like downloads or wallpapers) are final sale and not eligible for refunds or credit.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Warranties
We don’t offer formal warranties, but we do back our products with care and common sense.
If your tee arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll absolutely make it right—either with a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
We quality check everything before it ships, but if something’s off, we want to know. Just email us at matters@wngspn.com.au with your order number and clear photos so we can sort it quickly.
