Shipping and Ordering
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days from Australia.
Delivery typically takes:
• 2–5 business days (metro)
• 3–10 business days (regional)
• 6–27 business days (international)
Good things are worth the wait.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries, including New Zealand, the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping is available on Australian orders over $150 and international orders over $300.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Anticipation is part of the experience.
What if my parcel is delayed or missing?
Once dispatched, your order is in the hands of the carrier.
Delays can happen during peak periods or customs processing. If your parcel seems significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some styles are restocked. Others are released as limited drops and won’t return.
If you’ve got your eye on something, we wouldn’t wait too long.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled before they are processed and dispatched.
Once packed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

Refunds and Returns
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with packaging included. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Sale and “seconds” items are final sale.
Do you offer refunds for change of mind?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn and in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
If something isn’t as it should be, we’ll sort it.
Can I exchange for another size?
Size exchanges are available where stock allows.
Contact us as soon as your order arrives and we’ll guide you through it.
What if my item arrives faulty or incorrect?
If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
You’re entitled to a replacement, refund, or store credit under Australian Consumer Law. We’ll also cover return shipping for faulty items.
Are shipping costs refundable?
Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Are your designs inspired by specific books?
Yes… and no.
Some pieces draw from familiar tropes, character dynamics, and moments readers recognise instantly. Others are shaped by the feeling fiction leaves behind.
Current designs are not tied to specific authors, titles, or characters. As WNGSPN evolves, we plan to introduce licensed pieces in collaboration with authors and rights holders—done properly, and with intention.
Where are your products made?
Our garments are made using trusted blanks and embroidered locally in Australia.
We work with suppliers who hold recognised ethical and fair trade accreditations, with a focus on quality materials—creating pieces designed to be worn on repeat.
Are your products sustainably made?
We focus on quality over excess—pieces designed to be worn, and worn again.
Our garments are made from 100% premium combed cotton, produced in small batches using ethical production practices and responsible working conditions. Our packaging is either recycled or recyclable wherever possible.
We’re always looking for ways to do better as we grow.
What materials are your garments made from?
Our garments are made from 100% premium combed cotton, chosen for its softness, durability, and quality feel.
They’re designed to hold their shape, wear well over time, and feel good from the first wear to the last.
What size should I choose?
All current WNGSPN t-shirt styles are designed with a relaxed fit.
Size up for an oversized look, or stay true to size for a relaxed silhouette. For exact measurements, refer to the size guide on each product page.
How do I care for my WNGSPN garments?
Wash cold, inside out, with similar colours.
Avoid harsh detergents and tumble drying to preserve the embroidery and fabric quality.
Treat it well and it will last.
Will you release more designs?
Absolutely. WNGSPN is only just getting started.
More designs, more drops, more ways to bring fiction into real life.

Do you offer wholesale or stockist partnerships?
Not currently.
If we do, it will be a small number of carefully chosen, aligned partnerships.
